Get Help With the Xport Smart Client

Some software issues are bugs.
Bugs are problems in software that either make it harder or prevent you from getting your work done. We will attempt to fix any bug immediately. We will then pass the fix onto you based on how severe the problem is and how many people it impacts. When we update the software, it updates everyone's version.
If it's a critical update, you might get it the same day, if not, it might be in a week or two during a scheduled Xport update.
Some software issues are enhancements.
Enhancements are requests for new features that help you do your work faster and better. If you think of something you'd like Xport to do, or do better, we'd love to know. We'll take a look at your request, discuss it, and probably call you for a better understanding.
If you've got a great idea to make Xport better for everyone, we'd be happy to make it a reality.
All issues with Xport are considered urgent and are usually viewed by someone in operations and management within one hour.
